bdjl Terms and Conditions

1.1 Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between bdjl ("we", "our", "the Platform") and every individual who uses the platform ("you", "user"). These Terms apply to the website, mobile application, and any related services provided by bdjl.

1.2 Applicable Law

It is your own responsibility to be aware of the laws applicable to online gaming and betting in Bangladesh. bdjl does not encourage any user to use the platform in violation of local law. This service is intended only for individuals in areas where it is legal.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity, the interpretation provided by bdjl shall be considered final. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect the legal meaning of the Terms.

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

To use the bdjl platform, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. By registering an account, you confirm that you are 21 or older.

2.2 Identity Verification

bdjl reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. If the required documents (national ID card, passport, etc.) are not provided, your account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

2.3 Ineligibility

• Individuals who are employed by or directly associated with bdjl
• Individuals in areas where online gaming is prohibited by law
• Individuals whose accounts have previously been cancelled
• Individuals operating more than one account

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account on bdjl. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and the balances held in them may be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in the cancellation of your account and the voiding of any rewards or winnings.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the bdjl support team immediately.

3.4 Account Transfer

Transferring or selling a bdjl account to another person is strictly prohibited. Account ownership belongs solely to the registered individual.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The accepted methods for depositing funds on bdjl are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per method. Deposits must be sent from a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit. Before withdrawing from a bonus balance, the specified wagering requirements must be met.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

If suspicious transactions or concerns about money laundering arise, bdjl reserves the right to hold withdrawals and verify the account. All financial activity is monitored in accordance with relevant laws.

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳22,000 gives a ৳10,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus — on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. All bonuses have an expiry date; unused bonuses are cancelled after expiry.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to claim bonuses by opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or through manipulation will result in the bonus and related winnings being forfeited and the account being closed. bdjl reserves the right to offer, modify, or cancel bonuses.

5.4 VIP Program

The bdjl VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular active participation. Cashback is applied automatically each week.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

bdjl uses software from world-class game providers to ensure fair and transparent gaming. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely independent and impartial. bdjl never interferes with game results.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using any software, bots, or automated tools to play games
• Colluding with other players to influence outcomes
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Making deposits using a credit card or another person's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Operating an account with a false identity or fabricated information

6.3 Enforcement

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities may result in bdjl suspending or closing your account without notice, forfeiting all balances, and taking legal action where necessary.
